Yes, here is a twist.

So, it’s not a common pizza recipe.

The cauliflower pizza is packed with low protein and fat elements. In this way, you can enjoy a pizza (or over 1) slice with no worry. You can add as many of your favorite toppings and sauces.

Ingredients You’ll Need To Prepare Cauliflower Pizza

  1. Cauliflower: 1 medium
  2. Egg: 1 medium
  3. Salt: as per taste
  4.  Black pepper: as per taste
  5. Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup
  6. Italian seasoning: 1/8 tbsp
  7. Oregano: 1/2 tbsp
  8. Yellow bell pepper: 1/2 medium
  9. Green bell pepper: 1/2 medium
  10.  Red bell pepper: 1/2 medium
  11.  Onion: 1 small
  12. Tomato sauce: 4 tbsp
  13. Tomatoes: 1 medium

Step By Step Recipe

  1.  First, chop all the vegetables i.e.: bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes.
  2. After that, take a medium-size cauliflower and trim the green leaf part of it.
  3. Now, separate the pieces and transfer them into a food processor. Grind them thickly.
  4. Take a preheated pan on medium flame, transfer the grated cauliflower to this. Don’t add any oil or water.
  5. Fry the cauliflower until it becomes drier. Don’t dry it completely and leave it for 10 minutes in low flame.
  6. Take a medium-sized bowl and add egg, salt, black pepper, oregano. Beat it till it becomes fluffy. After that, add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix it very well.
  7. Now, add the grated cauliflower rice into it. At this step, you can also add soya or red chillie sauce if the dough becomes harder.
  8. Mix the dough.
  9.  Put a baking sheet with parchment paper on an oven tray and place the batter or dough into the middle of it. Spread the mixture to form a circular pizza shape.
  10. Apply tomato sauce, and cut vegetables.
  11. Now, bake it from 15 to 20 minutes until the crust turns into golden brown from the center and corners too.
  12. Finally, top your cauliflower pizza with your most liked sauces and veggies.

Note: Don’t add optional garnishing that’s high in oil and fat.

This salad is not only nutritious but also contains protein-packed ingredients that activate your taste buds specifically for green veggies.

Ingredients You’ll Need To Prepare Avocado Salad

  1. Avocadoes: 3 medium
  2. Cherry tomatoes: 1 and a half cup
  3. Cucumber: 1
  4.  Red onion: small size
  5. Garlic: 1 clove
  6. Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  7.  Salt: as per taste
  8. Black pepper: as per taste
  9. Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  10. Soya (dill): I bunch
  11. Chicken breast: 50m gram
  12. Red chili powder: 1/2 tbsp
  13. Cumin powder: 1/2 tbsp
  14. Corriander: 1/2 tbsp
  15. ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp

Step By Step Recipe

  1. First of all, chop all the veggies in one go and keep them aside separately.
  2. Now, take a medium size chicken breast and apply red powder, cumin, and coriander powder. Leave it for marination for few minutes till you prepare the oil.
  3. Spray 1 tbsp of oil in a preheated pan and add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste. After that, fry the marinated chicken until it turns golden brown and cooked.
  4. Cut the chicken into sizeable cubes.
  5. Take a bowl, add cut vegetables and chicken cubes.
  6.  Add red chili powder, black pepper, and salt into 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
  7. Finally, add this lemon juice mixture, salt into the bowl. Spread freshly chopped soya leaves.
  8. Enjoy the big bowl of the delicious avocado salad bowl.
